Employee Request for Time Off All requests for time off will be reviewed by the staffing coordinators. Requests off will be granted if a caregiver of equal skill set is able to replace the shift. Scheduling Coordinators will do their best to accommodate all requests. If your request is approved, you will receive an email stating the request has been granted. If there is a problem accommodating the exact dates needed, the scheduling coordinators will work with you to determine another option. All requests for planned time off should be submitted at a minimum, 2 weeks in advance of the requested day(s) off. You can also drop requests off in the office.
